Alice Morison grew up in the real estate business in San Mateo County. She currently specializes in the mid-Peninsula with an enhanced focus on mid-range to upper-end properties in San Mateo, Burlingame, and Hillsborough. She was born and raised in San Mateo Park and is one of the leading residential real estate agents working in the San Francisco Peninsula marketplace today. In her professional life, Alice's primary goal is in providing the highest caliber of professionalism, service and client satisfaction for her Sellers and Buyers and to bringing her professional expertise to every phase of every transaction.

Through Alice's passion for excellence, she is a consistent top producer in both her office and real estate board. Her high production levels place her in Coldwell Banker's prestigious President's International Circle. In addition, she has earned the designation of Previews Property Specialist by marketing exceptional properties on the Peninsula. Having completed the required graduate hours in continuing education, Alice has also earned her Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation. She was also selected by her colleagues to represent Coldwell Banker's topproducing North San Mateo Office to serve on the region's Agent's Advisory Council.

In addition to residential real estate, Alice cares deeply about her community and has served on a variety of boards and committees. At the appointment of the San Mateo City Council, Alice served on the Citizen's Advisory Committee for the revision of the City's General Plan. She was also Director of the Kohl Mansion Preservation Advisory Board. She is a supporter of San Francisco Opera, San Francisco Symphony and loves to paint. She is married and has two grown children.

Alice's clients are her top priority. She is a full-time, full-service realtor and she feels that her greatest strength is in her vast and powerful networking with other agents whose buyers are seeking her listings. She is the agent of choice for those who want a competent, caring and informed professional who offers uncompromising service, and who is knowledgeable, energetic, intelligent and creative in the entire process of buying and selling residential real estate. Alice's tremendous volume of referral and repeat business is a direct result of high client satisfaction. This is probably because Alice says she cannot wait to get to work every day.
